Best Weapons

For players who have access to them, the AK-103 is a practical mid-range rifle option and the SPAS-12 suits close indoor fights. These are role-based recommendations, not a tested damage ranking. Your ammunition supply, available unlocks, and replacement budget should decide the final choice.

At a glance

  • For general raids, start with a controllable mid-range primary and add a close-range answer only when the route needs it.
  • Use shotguns around short sightlines and reload between contacts. Do not carry them as your only answer to open streets.
  • Treat cycle-locked weapons as unavailable until the client shows the correct Harmonization cycle and purchase or recipe condition.

How to choose a weapon for your raid

Range
Where will most fights begin?Buildings, vegetation, open roads, and vertical interiors demand different sightlines.
Ammunition
Can you restock it twice?A good platform becomes unusable when its ammunition is scarce at your progression level.
Reload
How long are you unable to fire?Tube-fed weapons can top off between contacts. Magazine weapons need a protected reload window.
Control
Can you land a follow-up shot?Recoil, optics, stance, and player familiarity determine practical damage.
Recovery
Can you replace the complete setup?Include magazines and key attachments, not just the base weapon.

Recommended weapons by situation

These recommendations are based on weapon roles. They are not a measured damage ranking, and they assume the weapon and suitable ammunition are available to you.

Mid-range fights
AK-103A 7.62x39 mm assault rifle option. Choose it if you can control its recoil and keep compatible magazines supplied.
Buildings and close monster encounters
SPAS-12A 12-gauge shotgun loaded one shell at a time. Keep cover available while reloading and carry another option for open streets.
Early practice runs
An affordable rifle or rental kitUse equipment you can replace. Do not spend your entire budget trying to copy an unlock you do not yet have.

Match the weapon to the route

Park interior
Close-range control + incendiary optionVegetation and underground spaces shorten reaction distance.
Downtown
Mid-range primary + hard-cover disciplineOpen streets and long façades punish a close-only loadout.
Gigastructure
Mobile weapon with fast recoveryGravity changes and doors create abrupt short-to-medium contacts.
Monster objective
Sustainable ammunitionUse the objective requirement first, then choose capacity and reload behavior for repeated targets.

Correct these weapon-choice errors

You copied a tier list without checking access.Confirm the weapon, magazine, ammunition, and recipe are all available at your Monolith and cycle state.

You keep dying during reloads.Track rounds, reload behind two layers of cover, and stop looting until the weapon is ready.

The gun is powerful but never leaves storage.Switch to a platform you can afford to lose twice and practice with it now.
